Always a great event, the Heidelberg Match Play Championship will take place on         August 5, 6, 12 & 13.  After the qualifying round, players will be put into flights of 16.  The number of flights will be determined by the number of entries.  Depending on the number that enter, some may not qualify for Match Play.  It is our goal to qualify as many folks as possible for match play.

New this year will be a senior, gold tee, flight.  You  must be 65 or older to play in this division.  Our other senior flight will play the white tees and is for those age 50 and over.  Anyone, regardless of age may enter into the open division, blue tees.  A senior who is 65 and over may select to play in the 50 and over division but will also have to play from the white tees.

The schedule of events will be as follows:

Saturday, August 5 – Qualifying round                                   Sunday, August 6 – Match Play, Round 1

Saturday, August 12 – Rounds 2 & 3                                       Sunday, August 13 – Finals and Consolation

The entry deadline is Wednesday, August 2.  Tee times will be available on Thursday afternoon, August 3.  All tournament information and results will be posted to our website, www.golfreidpark.com and a link will be provided on our facebook page.
